Brus Trio originated in 1981 during a spontaneous jam at Fasching jazz club. Their unique synergy developed through tours, recordings, and media appearances, drawing inspiration from jazz’s diverse expressions and the members’ varied backgrounds. Rooted in humor and respectful irreverence, Brus Trio’s music welcomes listeners with an open and playful mindset, transcending boundaries with influences from classical training to South African roots.
